The folding bread knife consists of a stainless steel blade and a wooden handle. The knife is recycled from a second-hand bread knife. The handle is made of American oak and has been varnished.

In addition, the bread knife is equipped with a stop system that prevents the knife from turning further than directly proportional to the handle. So that it is safe for the user to use.
